". The exchange 2007 has not been upgraded from any previous version. and i cannot find any reliable source on internet for more information on this error. Can any one please help? Nov 23, 2011 Comments Poblano Aug 31, 2011 MarcusF Education, 1000+ Employees I began receiving this error, occurs every 13 minutes a few nights ago following a reboot of the Exchange 2003, v 6.5 SP2, server. Sometimes it is paired with Event ID8213. My problem that may be a symptom of these errors is that I am unable to create mailboxes or email addresses for new users. I receive an error that The server is not operational. These problems began after I authorized some security updates through WSUS the day before my problems started. Any ideas on how I can correct this? Poblano Sep 8, 2011 MarcusF Education, 1000+ Employees Solved the issue with the inability to create user mailboxes.
