Monitor an unlimited number of servers with $49/year With the current low prices for servers and the need for processing power, even a small company may end up with quite a few of them. If ten years ago it was still common to see an entire company using just one server, these days that's no longer the case. New computers are added to the network with the understanding that they will be taken care of by the admins. Keeping an eye on these servers is a tedious, time-consuming process. Even with 5 minutes per server (to check the logs and other parameters), it may take an hour to make sure that everything is ok and no "red lights" are blinking on any of the servers. read http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/ee/transform.aspx?ProdName=Windows+Operating+System&ProdVer=5.2&EvtID=1097&EvtSrc=Userenv more... I ran Forest Prep and Domain Prep. Everything was fine. I promoted a Windows Server 2003 to become the first Windows 2003 Domain Controller in the Parent Domain and installed DNS on it. I did the same for the 2 child domains. I notice that the event id: 1097 and 1030 with Source: Userenv keep popping error 1097 userenv up in the event log whenever I rebooted these 3 Windows 2003 Domain Controllers. Event id 1097: Windows cannot find the machine account, The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted. Event id 1030: Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects.
