I have tried uninstalling Malwarebytes and re-installing but for both stages I get the same error message as stated above. I have tried installing SUPERantispyware but when I attempt to run the installer file I get the same error message. I have tried renaming the .exe file for Malwarebytes to things like "explorer" and "winlogon" and I have tried changing the file extension from .exe to .com as advised in the Malwarebytes error resolution instructions but neither change allowed me to run the software. I have tried installing both malwarebytes and SUPERantispyw
