Some of our users have after some re logons the problem, that they have no classes registry file.In the eventlog the follwowing error was reported:Windows cannot load classes registry file. DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.EventID: 1542Source: User Profile ServiceIf we delete the profil on the terminal server and then on the file server it worked for a few logons. And then, after a couple of time, the error occurs again.The interesting thing, this occurs only for a hand of users. The other 30 are working well.For all users we redirected documents and desktop to the home drive, of the user.The profile manager is configured as follows

Recently I have noticed "Windows cannot load classes registry file" in the Event Viewr. I had rebooted in Clean Boot and determined that the error is caused by Intel Integrated Clock Controller Service - Intel ICCS. I have stopped that service using msconfig.exe. I tried the widely circulating PowerShell command, ran sfc, ran the DISM command, tried the Safe Mode trick, etc. Everything works fine under another (created post-upgrade) user account on the machine. I looked into how to address that, and the fruits of my labor resulted in this workaround that appears to make my Start Menu mostly functional again - at least for a single login. Start Menu search, Cortana, and the Photos app still don't work, but at least I can generally use the PC otherwise. The issue these steps solve is how the UsrClass.dat (user account's classes registry hive) is not loading when the account logs on.
