I have been able to sync without any problems via a usb, until I installed the Samsung Black Jack Smartphone. Now I only can sync with the Smartphone. When I plug in my pocket PC, I get the following message on my ppc: "Communication Error:Cannot start communications with the desktop computer. Remote Networking could not start due to a critical error (Error 608). Please reconnect your device. If the problem persists, restart your device using the instructions provided by the manufacturer." Any help would be very much appreciated. gregomdv, Jul 10, 2007 #1 (You must log in or sign up to http://forum.brighthand.com/threads/activesync-communication-error-608.244182/ reply here.) function driver and USB function controller) and ActiveSync is workable. But if I add a Modem(COM:2 for iterative sending AT command) connection module into my OS image(add customized cec file), Activesync on PC did not auto execute if I plug in the activesync error USB cable. And "Error from RasDial 608 0" message appeared. Is something wrong I did ? By my understanding, the flow is [ the USB cable plug in-- executed-->Rnaapp.exe-->RasDial( ) -->Error 608 ]. Is the flow right?? or something lacked ?? Thanks activesync error 608 in advance!! Top 1. Driver for "Hung Chang Protek 608" or "Voltcraft VC 608" 2.
