If that does not work... 1. Remove the PocketPC from the ActiveSync session. 2. Open Outlook on the desktop and go to Help | Detect and Repair. 3. Re-cradle the PPC and see if the problem is fixed. 4. I am using ActiveSync version 3.8.0 [Build 5004]. ActiveSync detects updates made on my HPC but give the error when it attempts to update Outlook Contacts and Tasks on my PC. This configuration was working previously. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
