Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK. 2. Locate the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MasSync\Parameters 3. However, yesterday I had to make a periodic change to my windows password and that seems to have screwed things up. While I changed the password on the Activesync Exchange setup and my desktop computer is working fine, Activesync gives me the following error: Support code: 0x85010001. Your account in MS Exchange Server does not have permission to sychronize with your current settings. Contact your exchange server administrator. My admin folks aren't always super-helpful with this, so I thought I'd check here as well. Does anyone know how I should address this? Is there someplace I need to change my password that I haven't already done? Thanks very much, Andrew Share Share this post on Digg Del.icio.us Technorati Twitter 01-05-200603:10 PM #2 agbiggs Registered User Join Date 11-30-2005 Posts 33 Never mind; it turns out that the universal fix -- the soft reset -- repaired the problem.
