Do you still encounter the Print Engine Error? My first thought is that you need to apply the following registry key (if you're on Windows O/S) on the BOE Server. If the keys do not exist, you will need to manually create them.Change "\Suite 11.5" to match your product version.Back up the registry before proceeding:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Crystal Reports\SavedData]"GenerateDataForAllSubreportInstances"="Yes"[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Crystal Reports\SavedData]"GenerateDataForAllSubreportInstances"="Yes"Regards,Wallie Alert Moderator Like (0) Re: Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error Pavan A May 28, 2013 5:59 AM (in response to suba raja) Currently Being Moderated Hi SubaCheck this SAP Note: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1854637It will helpRegards,Pavan Alert Moderator Like (0) Re: Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error Animesh Kumar May 28, 2013 10:12 AM (in response to suba raja) Currently Being Moderated Validate the publication: If CR report scheduled directly (not through Publication) to user's Inbox, does that work? Schedule the Publication to PDF format and check whether it has anticipated data. You may also schedule the publication to CR

Is there any documentation with regards to creating custom reports from queries? I've created a few reports that report straight from a single table, but when trying to actually write a query joining tables, every time the report is run it says that the log on parameters are incorrect. However, I'm using the same log on parameters/ODBC/credentials that the other reports are using. Do I need to create a view or stored procedure and run the report off of that? I apologize, but I am a complete n00b when it comes to Crystal Reports. Any help will be appreciated. EDIT: This database is used for our outbound dialer and is SQL Server 2005. Like CR 2008 developer, or CR XI? 1) So you're joining tables coming from the same database right (i.e. I3_dialer)? 2) You're connecting Crystal Reports by using an ODBC connection which has been made on your local computer? 3) You didn't upload the report to a Crystal Report
