Any one have an idea regarding this tipical behaviour.how do I solve this issue? Thanks ofr your help in Advance. Regards, BOBH. Issues in scheduling and possibleresolutions -- Spool Space (Database issue): Every user would be allocated with a specific spool space in database. Which will consumed while instance is running on that user. if Multiple huge reports run for a specific user on database through business objects webi instances, few among them would fail to run completely just of because of lacking space in database. which results in failure of those instance. Once we re-schdule those failed once http://www.forumtopics.com/busobj/viewtopic.php?p=502614&sid=046eb2d675431c9183beb289dd47aef5 again with gap of some appropriate time, every schedule will be picked up and complete. Note: A database error occured. The database error text is: [NCR][ODBC Teradata][Teradata Database] No more spool space in BO_User2072. . (WIS 10901) -- Web Intelligence server cannot be reached (Tool issue): This issue is very common issue https://knowledgeintelligence.wordpress.com/2013/06/26/issues-in-scheduling-and-possible-resolutions/ observed in business object environment. Most of the times issue is with timeout of connection, idle timeout. Idle timeout is something which is set in server-side to avoid long running reports in system. remedy of this is also to re-schedule the failure schedules one by one then everything will be picked up. Note: Web Intelligence server cannot be reached. Contact your Business Objects administrator. (Error: RWI 00236) -- SMTP Syntax Error (Human error): SMTP syntax message came quite frequently for many of the schedules created by business users. these schedules usually lack of complete information of email address of a particular user mention "TO" (or) "CC" list of Scheduling instance. Resolution for such failed instance, used to email schedule instance owner to correct that particular user information respective fields. Note: address error.
