This means your having signal level issues at your TV outlet. It is common that you can be having marginal signal issues only at certain frequencies affecting only certain channels. You will need a tech to come out and troubleshoot your signal issues, it can be the drop or fittings outside, or a inside wiring issue with your splitters, connectors &cabling. He will use his test equipment to pinpoint the issue and correct it. You certainly souldn't expect a problem calling in for a PQ issue like this. I am not a Comcast employee, I

Call charter and have them send the signal. If that doens't work your cable (actual cable wire) is delivering a poor signal...maybe not connected at all. It's that simple.
