I've tried:- Connect the cable that comes to my condo directly to it- Switch the cables that were going from the splitter to the box- Switch the boxes, i.e., put the "bad" one in the place of the good one and vice-versaIn all scenarios above, I cannot get On-Demand on the "bad" box and I can get with the "good" one.In spite of all the above, Comcast wants to schedule a tech visit instead of allowing me to swap the boxes, at least that what took place with the CSR that I spoke yesterday. My question: Does this make sense or shall I try to get a new box and see what happens? In my case, it's much more convenient to go to Comcast office than having to schedule an appointment with a tech.
