I have not found an application that fails to work with the Error occouring, however it is disconcerting to see DCOM errors. The fix for this is pretty simple; ** !Warning! messing around in the Component Services MMC can cause system instability ** 1. Open the Component Services MMC either by typing in the Run box "dcomcnfg" and pressing enter, or clicking Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Component Services. 2. This can be overcome by performing a repair installation on the other computers and installation of their motherboard and other hardware drivers. 0 #3 VINCIE007 Posted 03 February 2008 - 07:30 AM VINCIE007 Member Topic Starter Member 79 posts Hello, Exact same MB and hardware in each pc, I use a different key that is on the side of each case during the XP mini-setup and the pc activates successfully each time. The only error after the cloned\ghosted install is a DCOM 10010 error.
