It either locks up on the logout or shutdown or preparing to configure windows message. 2) on startup a DCOM error is reported "the server {...} did not register with DCOM within the requested timeout. Event Id 10010 3) I can't run SFC. It fails "window resource protection could not start the repair service. I've tried a whole bunch of
