Comments 1,849 Views Last Modified: 2008-05-31 hi, when i use ADMT Active Directory Migration Tool-- to migrate a computer account from one domain to our new domain. i run the Security Translation Wizard, and add one computer name 'AAAAAAA-D1', i got the following error: ERR2:7679 Unable to ping the machine ' powershell test-connection timeout AAAAAAA-D1'. Make sure it is up and running. hr=0x80072b02. Error due to lack of resources. due to lack of resources Windows Server > Windows PowerShell Question 0 Sign in to vote I am trying to find out if a machine is online, I can ping the machine but when I use " Test-Connection -ComputerName https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/23281447/Active-Directory-Migration-Tool-Security-Translation-Wizard.html $comp ", I get the error "Error due to lack of resources" If I use the -Credential parameter, the error is "Cannot use credentials for local computer" .
