ORDB has not been around since 2006. DNS and RDNS is setup correctly on the receiving side and the wspharr domain is the only domain that is having a problem. Without more information about how you send outbound mail, it's impossible to know where the problem might be. Do you send outbound mail directly to recipients via DNS? Perhaps you need to change your NIC settings to poll DNS information from a new address. Do you send outbound mail via a smarthost? Perhaps that address has changed.
