I have Czech system, so I am attaching error from winsat tool in Czech: C:\Windows\system32>winsat disk Windows System Assessment Tool > Spuštěno: Výčet funkcí '' > Čas spuštění 00:00:00.00 > Spuštěno: Vyhodnocení úložiště '-seq -read -n 1' > Čas spuštění 00:00:10.72 download failed due to disk write error uplay > Spuštěno: Vyhodnocení úložiště '-ran -read -n 1' > Čas spuštění 00:00:14.56 > Spuštěno: Vyhodnocení úložiště '-scen 2009 -drive C:' Chyba: Přístup k disku se nezdařil. Invalid data" I figure out it is because I have moved all user profiles to different partitions. I.e. all user folders in C:\Users are linked to folders in D:\Users. If junctions are not used, wie is completed successfully. Also running "winsat disk -drive d:" completes ok. I have Windows 7 Professional x64 Czech from MSDN AA. Is there any solution for my problem? Or at least, so
