Grub Error 15
to boot Fedora 17 from a USB, I tried both the DVD version and the one on the main page. I've used: Linux Live USB Creator, Live USB Creator (Fedora-one), and Unetbooting. I also tried after clicking "a" and Code: root=live:CDLABEL=LIVE if=/home/per/Fedora-17-x86_64-DVD.iso of=/dev/sdb Everything failed. Fedora just don't want to install no matter what I'm trying. Please help me out, I don't want to go over to Ubuntu, I'm really frustrated about this issue, it's 7th time i format the USB in hope to get this to work at some point. Everything is going against me atm I want to install on my Asus Zenbook laptop, and got no disc station, so USB is only alternative. In boot options #1 it's set to [UEFI: Voyager Corsa...] which is the USB. Last edited by Luvfedora; 9th August 2012 at 08:57 PM. "Error 15: File Not Found" I would just like to say thank you first of all for viewing this. I am quite confused about installing linux. Never have used it before, I am curious and would like to install it. I have spent hours attempting to find a linux that works for me. The result is an error 15 file not found, it's the same problem with every linux I go to install and make a Live Usb for. I do not have a clue where to even google the specific search. I know I have to have 15 posts to post links, but its a lot better for me to show pictures of what I am talking about. First, let me start off with my system specs of my self-built desktop computer. windows 7 64bit ASUS P9X79 PRO Intel X79 Pro Motherboard i-7 3930k 3.2GHz Nvidia geforce gtx 550 ti 1gb Ok, I followed the directions of making a live usb (Fedora-17-x86_64-Live-D
