Check if you have Authentication Server mentioned in mid tier configuration.-Shantanu Ballal Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 2. Re: ERROR (623): Authentication failed; Ravindrakumar Rodge Aug 8, 2014 5:02 AM (in response to Shantanu Ballal) This would be due to incorrect password. Ideally while installation weprovide 3 password (AR System Installer).1. If this problem occurs for all users including Admin?2. If it is specific to user check with the password of that user?3. If it is for all uses, check with a Authentication server that is set inMid Tier config page.-RavindrakumarOn Fri, Aug 8, 2014 at 2:41 PM, Shantanu Ballal

Windows 7: 623 error 12 Nov 2010 #1 ebohatch Windows 7 Ultimate 6 posts 623 error I have a USB modem temporarily connected directly to my system and would use it as a dial up connection, I now have a router (Cradlepoint 1000) and am using that, BUT when the system boots up I will get the notification "Error 623 The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection" I have gone to connections and insured that there is no modem on the list and the check box to never dial a connection is checked (and grayed out). But I continue to get the error message eveery time I start up the system. Any ideas on what else I need to do to eliminate this???
