I have recently changed from dial up (yes, I know!) to Broadband ADSL Wi Fi. All was going well and I can only seem to get it to download off error 623 outlook the server every 2-3 weeks, which is very inconvenient. When I click on the 'Send/Receive' icon on the menu, I get the message: "Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection".
