I open my emails using Outlook 2010 (on a system using Windows). However, whilst opening one of my email addresses at work today via Talk Talk webmail, having had weeks of prompting me to change my password I stupidly decided I would. I can still access my emails via the Talk Talk page, but this is is not ideal as I like to save them and perhaps forward them from my Outlook address
Posted August 9th, 2005, 2:23 pm I have been using (and enjoying) Firefox http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=303680 for quite a while with no problems. For the last several weeks however, when I navigate from one page to the next, I am bombarded with the http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/f/3524/t/17624940 Windows error message “Error 623" – navigating to “bostonworks.boston.com” always gets the error(s). Navigating to the same pages with IE works as expected. This recent flood of error 623 error messages makes it impossible to use Firefox. Microsoft help tells me this problem is VPN related. I am running “Windows XP Professional” and connecting to the internet through a Bellsouth DCL line. Is anyone else seeing this problem? eleanor Posts: 1167Joined: March 5th, 2005, 6:55 pmLocation: California Posted August 9th, 2005, 3:13 error 623 windows pm Haven't seen any single definitive answer to this. I went through it myself, and I really don't know what finally fixed the problem. It's NOT necessarily a VPN issue. See if anything here might be helpful: http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... duct=winxp http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=256995 http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... 5&start=15 Windows 7 Home SP2 linguacious Guest Posted August 14th, 2005, 4:07 pm Thanks for the info. It gives me a better feel for the problem but nothing suggested in the links you posted gets rid of the error message. AI'm still muddling slong with the error messages popping up all over the plasce. It gives me the feeling thast someone over in Microsoft is having themselves a good chuckle. kenace0 Posts: 482Joined: August 14th, 2005, 9:04 amLocation: new mexico u.s.a.
