Get the answer Best solution Hawkeye22 a c 428 G Storage 12 December 2014 17:54:59 If you run a chkdsk c: /f replacing "c" with the correct drive letter it should flag those sectors as bad, however, once a drive starts getting bad sectors, then more bad sectors will usually follow. Run the chkdsk and if you continue to have problems, get a new drive. I'd also recommend frequent backups of any important data you keep on that drive so as not to lose anything important.
