If the drive has failed there is little that can be done. If the drive fails the tests but the drive was accessed that would indicate the cable and controller are functional.If the issue is simply some sort of corruption then it might be possible to recover files. POST?Can you see the drive in windows? At least the drive letter? Even if you can't browse the drive?Check disk management within windows, and see if it sees the drive - even if it says it's "unallocated". Then run a chkdsk /r on the drive from a command prompt.
