If the drive has failed there is little that can be done. Report • #3 oh my June 15, 2010 at 19:09:15 i can't find any solution in WDC website......i don't want data recovery.......my 2nd hard disk have nothing problem and still detected by windows......but i can't find the local disk d(2nd HD) it not show the real size(GB)......my 2nd hd juz 40gb,but it show 80gb on bios setup.............and it made a song like mouse clicking when i open my PC.........it sound best! A bad drive could stall windows and prevent it from fully loading. Hopefully the 3rd drive is not the one with your OS on it.
