Symptom: Cannot connect to access database. Cause: Data has become corruptedbecause two users are attempting to change data at the same time. Resolution: Copy loadbackup.mdb from backup folder and drop into Fastlane directory. Error: -2147467259 - Disk or network error. Cause This error is most likely caused because of corruption in a Microsoft Access database. Database corruption is most often caused when the AYS program loses connection to a Microsoft Access database while data is being written to the database. While repairing BillQuick database using the Optimize > Repair and Compact option from the Utilities menu, user gets an error message - 2147467259. Cause: This error occurs if you have not set proper access rights to the folder containing the BillQuick database on the network. Solution: In order to correct this, you need to right-click on the folder containing BillQuick database. Go to Properties > Sharing tab and check ‘Allow Network users to change my files’. These changes should be attempted on a server machine and not from any other computer connected to the network.
