Posted on November 25, 2013 by Raji Subramanian When we try to open MfcMapi for Outlook 2013 it will result the below error message MAPIInitialize https://rajisubramanian.wordpress.com/2013/11/25/outlook-2013-mfcmapi-error-mapiinitialize-failed-with-error-0x80004005-mapi_e_call_failed/ failed with error 0x80004005 == MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED. Here are some known causes for this.1 - No version of Extended MAPI is installed. Either Outlook or MAPICDO must be installed.
