Exchange Mapi Error No Mailbox Access Started by Horb , Jan 20 2011 12:13 AM Please log in to https://support.google.com/a/answer/2624575?hl=en reply 1 reply to this topic #1 Horb Horb Occasional forum poster Members 5 posts Posted 20 January 2011 - 12:13 AM MultiServer Version 7.7.341 Exchange 2003 Sp2 all current mapi error patches Retrospect crashed a few weeks back in the middle of a backup on Exchange. Unfortunately I don't have the logs from the crash. I was not able to get it to back up individual user mailboxes after that. Main Exchange Store and disks continued to backup fine until now. I get the following error: T-2: TMapiManager::Reinitialize: Creating new MAPI mapi error 80070005 session. T-2: CreateProfileAndSession: Failure to delete profile, win error = 0x80070005. T-2: CreateProfileAndSession: This will prevent use of Exchange backup. T-2: CreateProfileAndSession: Profile must be removed. T-2: CreateProfileAndSession: failure in CreateProfile, win error = 0x80070005. T-2: TMapiConnection::TMapiConnection: Unable to use profile, win error 0x80070005 T-2: TMapiManager::Reinitialize: couldn't intialize mailboxes due to a prior error. T-2: CreateProfileAndSession: Failure to delete profile, win error = 0x80070005. I did not change any settings of the RBU. I have tried adding removing license and removing and reinstating volumes and server within application. I have reinstalled Exchange service pack and have ran fixmapi.exe and ran some tests with MFCMAPI which seemed to indicate my RBU could access everything OK. The only profile listed was MS Exchange settings and the test one I created. Any further suggestions would be appreciated I am at a loss and now have no backups on the exchange server. Same service, new name. More about the name change. GSMME error codesYou may encounter the following error messages when using GSuite Migration for Microsoft® Exchange (GSMME). For complete information on using GSMME see Migrate from Microsoft Exchange. Error code Explanation 0x80004005 This issue is generally benign. However, if it's causing problems, install the latest service packs for your Microsoft Exchange server and Windows® environment. SeeGSMME system requirementsfor details. If you're still experiencing problems, seeTroubleshoot GSMME. 0x80040109 Fail:While stamping the message This error doesn't indicate that a message failed to migrate—it just meansthat GSMME didn't retain a record of the message migration. The only negative consequence is that if the migration is re-run at a later time with the Only New Data box checked, the tool will attempt to migrate the message again because it doesn’t have a record of them. This might lead to duplicate calendar events and contacts. The cause of the issue is that another process (such as anti-virus, desktop search, or backup software) is accessing GSMME's database file during the migration and the tool isn’t able to save a record of the message. Find and disable the software that’s causing the issue for the duration of your migration. 0x8004010f This issue can occur when the user conducting the migration has insufficient privileges to access the PST file or when GSMME is unable to find or access the PST file. GSMME requires both read and write access to the PST file. If this happens for a root folder in the mailbox in an Exchange migration, then it's usually a permission-related issue and you should check whether the specified administratorhas full access on the end-user mailbox. You can also create a new administrator user in Exchange and give the account full mailbox access (MBA) for all end-user accounts. Then, use the new account for the migration. You can delete the new administrator account after the migration is complete. 0x80072ee2 0x80072ee7 0x80072efd 0x80072efe 0x80072ee0 0x80072f94 0x80040115 GSMME encountered network timeouts while attempting to upload messages to Google servers. This can occur if the network was inaccessible or if there’s a slow network connection. Retrying the migration later or during off-peak network hours might resolve the issue.
