However, MAPI can be used to deliver messages from an application such as CTI Navigator Desktop internally in Windows only to one default email program. If https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28089104/MAPI-Error1-User-cancelled-request.html you have multiple email programs installed in Windows and sending MLS reports out of CTI Navigator Desktop is encountering a MAPI or unspecified error, one or more email programs may be interfering with MAPI delivering messages internally to your preferred default email program, or Windows no longer associates MAPI with your preferred program. First ensure that the correct email program is set as the default Email Handler for Windows. To set the default mail handler in Windows 10 or 8.1, right-click http://www.ctimls.com/support/kb/error%20fixes/fix_mapi_error.htm on Start > select Control Panel > Default Programs > Set your default programs > click on the appropriate email program in the list > select "Choose defaults for this program" > under MAPI, check "Send Mail" and click Save > click on the appropriate email program in the list (again) > select “Set this program as default”> OK. In this case, un-install the email program and re-install it. If the correct email program is set as the default, configure Windows' "Program Access" to your default email program as follows: In Windows 10 and 8.1: right-click Start > Control Panel > Default Programs Window

I am using the demo version of Idimage in Windows XP. I can email though the internal email program but would like to use Outlook Express if I can. Thanks for any help! By the way, this is a really cool program and I may switch over from iView when the demo is up in a few days. Top Dipak Posts: 1864 Joined: 04 Jan 06 21:22 Location: Saginaw, MI. Maybe if you could provide a few more details, we could get this figured out... - What version of IDI? - What version of OE? - What options do you choose in the IDI email dialog (though I doubt it's related)? Jeff Top peterm1 Posts: 25 Joined: 11 Apr 06 1:05 Quote Postby peterm1 » 11 Apr 06 3:22 Thanks. I am using the latest version of IDI, and version 6 of OE. I chose lots of different options in the IDI email dialog and nothing seemed to make a difference. Personal or Pro? A public release or a beta? I assume 3.1.0.1 Personal, but I don't know for sure... What does Help | About say?
