The possible reason behind this may be due to: Compatibility mode, corrupted profile, any wrong changes into registry key, etc. To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 1.) Try creating a new Outlook Profile and make them default: Open your Control Panel → click on Mail → click on Show Profiles → give a name to your new profile → fill in all the details correctly for logon information, user information and server information → (choose the manual way of setup).
