I am able to get the internet on both but not file sharing? On one, it shows up under network places but the other just hangs and beeps when I try to open it. So, after hours searching the web, I found that the problem was most likely (I think) that the computer that hangs will not allow me to use the start http://forums.practicallynetworked.com/showthread.php?1324-Unable-to-start-Computer-Browser-Error-1068 tab under computer browser in management. I get "Could not start the Computer Browser service on Local Computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start". If anyone can held out I would GREATLY appreciate their help. Not sure I understand what "Server service and Workstation service" are, any help on this topic would be much appreciated! Are there any files that could be missing causing "Computer Browser" to keep it from st

service started now. It keeps failing witht the statement box.... Could not start the Computer Browser Service on Local Computer Error: 1068 The dependency service or group failed to start. Alright, I am stumped. Since the service does not allude to any dependences, I can only assume that there is a corrupt DLL at the source of this problem. But where to find a list of those DLLs. Any clues as to what to do?
