marked for deletion." Here are the steps I did to resolve the issue. 1. I started the windows service. (In case you are not familliar how to create a windows service, here is a good tutorial.. 2. Install the Microsoft Message Queue. Read instructions here. 6. Start the service again.. Service should run successfully this time. Like this:Like Loading... Admin3k, I thought of that too. Uninstalled message queuing from windows components, then could not successfully reinstall it..got this error message, "The MSMQ service cannot be started. Error code: 0x433". Now I cannot see message queuing or message queuing triggers in service

See more: WCF service I'm attempting to run a WCF Client/Server program and receive error stating "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. I'm using a port on my localhost and verified the client/server app.config files are correct. Firewall is not an issue either. When I look at my Windows Services running, I have the Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service started however I cannot seem to start the Net.Tcp Listener Adapter ("Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion"). I assume this is why my program refuses the connection so is there anything I can do to correct the Error 1075 and start the Net.Tcp Listener Adapter?
