POLICY, IT, or PROFILE. This will help us place those emails to the specific mailbox. Please attach a screenshot of the error in your email that will help the developers resolve the issue. Q2) I have numerous OER drafts which I need to delete, how can I delete these OERs from the queue? Anyone in the rating chain can delete an OER form if the rater has not locked his/her profile, dts reading credentials stuck otherwise the rater will be charged twice on their rater’s profile. Q3) When I try to sign the OER/Support form, an error displays: I am unable to complete requested task; and internal error has occurred. Why is it saying that? Either there are no certificates in the certificate store (perhaps it is not seeing the user’s CAC) or the certificates that it does not see are not designated as signing certificates. Q4) Why can’t I electronically sign the OER? It’s showing a red line through the block where I am supposed to sign? Ensure your browser and document mode settings on your computer is set to Internet Explorer 9 by clicking the F12 button on your keyboard. For an OER, click on the “signature removal” button on the landing page of EES and resign. On the support form, the capability to delete signatures is not available at this time. The root cause may be a Windows permission issue when accessing the CAC reader and Digital Certificate store on your Windows workstation through Internet Explorer. If you could work with your IT staff in changing the access permissions of Internet explorer to be at the same level as an Army Gold Master workstation the signature process should work without any further issue.

Smart Card Manager
question This question has not been answered yet. I experience an infrequent problem (very infrequent, but it happens enough to dts reading credentials java 8 be annoying) when attempting to sign a PureEdge form in an ApproveIt signature block. To start with, here are the software versions in use: - ApproveIt Desktop 5.7.1 - PureEdge Viewer & https://www.ifixit.com/Wiki/Troubleshooting_Guide_for_EES_and_Updates PureEdge Designer 6.5 (yes, it is PureEdge...from before the IBM acquisition of PureEdge) - Input device for the signature is Wintab Compliant Tablet Here is the order of events when the problem occurs: 1. Display a form with one or more ApproveIt signature buttons on it 2. Click on one of the ApproveIt signature buttons (the button says 'Click to Approve') 3. A pop-up https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=207168 is displayed titled "Digital Signature Viewer" 4. Click the 'Sign' button At this point the viewer will hang. Takes 2-3 minutes before the viewer displays the next screen (which is the ApproveIt - Signature Capture pop-up). However, even when the capture pop-up is displayed, I can't perform a signature. Pop-up won't accept anything. So, I close the window (by clicking on the X in the upper right-hand corner of the screen). I then get the error message of "The signature could not be created because the private key of the certificate could not be accessed". Has anybody ever seen this before? Might this be a Viewer issue? Or perhaps an ApproveIt issue? At this point, I am totally at a loss since the problem occurs very infrequently and very randomly. It does not occur on the same form or the same signature or the same pc...it just happens now and then with no apparent pattern. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. There are Mac guides as well (if you're looking for PureEdge and DTS functionality, you're probably going to be stuck with MS)This is a ten level task Posts: 2870|Registered: 15 February 2004 IP Ignored post by Daddy Warcrimes posted 15 April 2009 14:09Show PostFaDiNa8 posted 07 June 2009 11:49Hide PostIf you haven't taken care of it already, you can get a general walkthrough in AKO.
