When I get the system failed to register host (a) resource records (rrs) for network adapter the error all websites on the servers are stopped until I run ipconfig/registerdns.The servers have static IP's so I disabled DHCP. I deletedA records for the servers on the DNS
Sent Update To Server
server and rebooted everything. I unchecked register this connection's address in DNSfor the particular network adapters. Your dns clients does not have permission to update their records. Are you working with the system failed to register host (a or aaaa) 8018 secure/non secure dynamic updates? The cause of this could be (a) your computer does not have permissions to register and update the specific DNS domain name set for this adapter, or (b) there might have been a problem negotiating valid credentials with the DNS server during the processing of the update request. As you have mentioned that you have deleted the host record from DNS and unchecked register this connection's address in DNSfor the particular network adapters. It looks like the servers did not register right in the AD, i took them out of the AD, deleted all information about them on the PrimaryDS. Then I made the registration again and everything looks like it now works.
