do you have on the clients? what is your client (xp/2k/patch/hotfox/etc)? what is your backend (server/patch/hotfox/etc)? have you tried it on a clean client machine, or at least one youve wiped the drivers http://put.hk/article/nntp.novell.com/novell.support.iprint/17828.html off of (printers|server properties|drivers)?
