On the remote machine, I am running Windows 2003 standard sp2 and IIS 6.0, with Visual Studio 2008 Remote Debugger running as a service. Both machines are in the same NT Domain. When I try to debug, I am hit with the following error: Unable to start debugging on the web serve. An unexpected DCOM error occurred while trying to automatically attach to the remote web server. Try manually attaching to the remote web server using the 'Attach To Process' dialog. When I try to 'Attach To Process' every thing works great, but attaching to a process is very tedious. I have tried to configure DCOM: dcomcnfg.exe -> Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> Properties -> COM Security -> Access Permissions -> Edit Limits. And I have tried every permission configuration I can think of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
