The Correlation ID listed in the error corresponds with a logged error in the logs. The full error including stack trace should be included. Iisreset /noforce Boom issue resolved :) If this doesn't work for you, check the ULS Logs for more info to troubleshoot this. Its a handy tool. I would stop the user profile services from central an unexpected admin Check if the forefront services are stopped If both services started, check forefront services if they are started Check if you're able to launch Forefront synchronization service manager Ifthe user profile services arestuck in starting stage, follow the steps mentioned here http://sp-vinod.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/user-profile-syncnronization-service.html This may help in resolving the issue.
