It wouldn't move the /Users folder or anything inside it.What you want is for a folder on the secondary volume to be your home folder. Now you have something like "Users/you" at the top level of the secondary volume. Move "you" to the top level and then repeat the step you took already. After that, delete Users on the SSD and also the symbolic link at /Users. Restart. Restore the Shared folder from a backup. 7 months ago PeterWongVIMember I have been using the msecure app that I have purchased on the App store for a couple of years now. tonight I get this message, "An unexpected error occurred while signing in. Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance." I used my Apple ID and password, as requested, and then the message pops up. Please help. 7 months ago Mark517RMember I have the same problem. Apple is having difficulty helping 7 months ago Mark517RMember Problem resolved itself after a number of restarts of iMac 7 months ago PeterWongVIMember Thanks Mark517R, it's working! 7 months ago PeterWongVIMember -Close- 7 months ago mpt1948Member I turned on my macbook pro this morning to find the same problem. I restarted and cold booted my computer several times without any success in solving the problem. I've been using this same computer for over a year and now can't access my passwords. Apple is no help on this issue. What can I do? 7 months ago EdenKeymaster @mpt1984 What exactly is happening? Are you unable to login or verify your Apple ID and password? If so, are you getting the same error message as PeterWongVI? 7 months ago mpt1948Member Yes, I believe that it's the same as PeterWongVI. After entering my Apple P/W & ID, I get a message that says, “An unexpected error occurred while signing in.Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance.” I've checked the Apple ID & password - works just fine for other Apple related apps. Thanks! 7 months ago EdenKeymaster @mpt1948 If only mSecure is giving issues, have you tried uninstalling mSecure and reinstalling it from the Mac App Store? Uninstalling mSecure from your Mac will not cause you to loose any of your mSecure information. 7 months ago EdenKeymaster Perhaps this can help?: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7316123?start=0&tstart=0 Viewing 10 posts - 1 through 10 (of 10 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
