I'm an Outlook 2007 user who produces a monthly newsletter for a group I belong to. I created a group of contacts to send the document in PDF form to. I've never had trouble sending it before, but ever since I an unexpected started using Outlook 2007 (I'd been using OL2003), the simple act of sending out this newsletter has devistated my PST file! The email never seens to leave the 'Outbox', though it does seem that my recipents are getting their copies. The funny thing is, this process does something to my PST file. It no longer lets me delete emails into the trash - I have to permanently delete them right off the bat. It also won't let me send anything without going into a fit of 'sychronizing folders' - a fit I have let it go a whole night without seeing any resolution. I've tried running the SCANPST program on the OUTLOOK.PST file without sucess. It stops at phase 4 of 8 and gives me an error message saying: "An unexpected error prevented access to this file.
