There was a Database Error. The Catalog http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/367206-cannot-promote-vdisk-to-production-mode-an-unexpected-mapi-error-occurred-catlog-not-found/ ID was set to 2 but the Catalog ID in XenDesktop was 19. I can promote the Version as Test, but if i promote this as Production Mode the following Error occurred: An unexpected MAPI error occurred. Details: Catalog not found PVS 7.6 SQL Database Can anybody help? After i have installed the console and the PVS server i get this error message when i try to login to the farm. An unexpected MAPI error occurred an unexpected mapi Name translation: Could not find the name or insufficient right to see name. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80072116) I have tried to connect to the PVS farm with IP adress, FQDN and localhost If i change the credentials to the Stream and Soap service account I can logon to the farm. My username is domain admin and is member of the PVS admin group that i specified under installation. I think the service accounts have the right permissions because you can login with these credentials. I will check if i can reproduce the issue here in my lab enviroment. Fortunately, Jeff found the fix and shared it here. This is a bug in PVS 5.6. Solution: In short, when you edit the properties of the PVSvDisk, set the disk status to Standard and select "MAK" on the Licensing TAB and press OK. Now you will not receive the error.
