Or so Windows is telling SB (that '59' is a Windows error number, and the text that follows it is the Windows error text, as quoted in that MS article). SB is simply quoting what Windows told it for your info. Nothing SB can http://www.2brightsparks.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=11911 do about the error itself (it can't argue with Windows).Unfortunately, like many Windows errors, it's annoyingly vague. It's also not one I've encountered personally, so you may need to Google for suggestions, employ lots of trial and error, etc, unless anyone else reading this has experience of it (and solved it). But you could do worse than cold-reset all the items involved (PC, NAS and any router/hub), swap out cables, etc. It's also not unknown for items (network cards/chips, etc) to lock up (etc) due to heat stress with the constant throughout of a large backup job, while copying the occasional file or two works fine. This does not mean it is the fault of the backup software, but possibly the failure of (some part of) the system to support sustained traffic. If you're using a laptop (thus, difficult to swap out the network adapter...) you could try swapping out (i.e. borrowing, etc) another PC and check if it can copy a lot of stuff to the NAS OK (or, consider getting one of those USB<>LAN adapters for the laptop and trying that instead)PS: be very wary of any Google hits that claim to cure this by downloading their 'fix-it' software, especially if the same site repeatedly crops up when Googling various different Windows error numbers ('windows error nn', etc) - and/or, hits that appear in Google as 'ads'... Solved ISA Server 2006 preventing Citrix Applications to run Posted on 2009-04-16 MS Forefront-ISA Citrix 1 Verified an unexpected Solution 4 Comments 1,244 Views Last Modified: 2012-05-06 We are having problems launching a Citrix application which has been provided to us by an external company. We have a .ica which makes a direct connection to a server. However, the ISA server which acts as our Web Proxy is failing to forward the traffic and we are receiving Failed Connection Attempt - Status an unexpected network Code 59 - an unexpected network error occurred. The logs are only reporting HTTP traffic. However, I have tried opening ports 1484 and 2598 on the ISA Firewall and we already have a rule in place to allow HTTP and HTTPS traffic. This connects fine using an ADSL connection away from the ISA server. Has anyone else come across similar problems or even better a solution which will allow us to get the traffic through the ISA Firewall? 0 Question by:MarkBourn Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google Best Solution byMarkBourn We already had SP1 installed and I have now installed the supportability pack. I have tried running the ica file again but still having that same problem. I have attached the logs from the ISA server. It appears to never get above 0, but perfmon shows it working normally. I'm not sure what I'm missing here. Thanks,SHOrion Core 2012.2.2, SAM 5.5.0, NPM 10.4.2
