(DX0005)" Guest Aug 29, 2008 common errors in webi reports 2:43 PM (in response to Jim Chickering) Currently Being Moderated Hi Jim,If you are getting the error message while importing Desktop Intelligence report through InfoView then try the following solution:The error message occurs because the root directories of the Input and Output file repository servers (FRS) do not point to the same shared network directory.For example, two servers work in a clustered environment. A pair of Input and Output FRS was started in one server. If the same root directory was not set for the Input FRS in both servers, it will cause some reports stored in Input FRS on one server and the rest to be stored on the other server.Also, only one Input FRS is active in a cluster. The other is passive for failover purposes. Reports stored in two different Input FRS root directories are not synchronized and cannot be accessed by each other. Attempting access these reports causes the error message to appear.To resolve the error message1.Start all Input and Output FRS.2.Log on the Central Management Console (CMC) as administrator.3.Click the FRS that needs the root directory modified.4.Modify root directory to a shared network directory.5.Verify that the domain account associated to the FRS has proper ri
