A tricky thing about firewalls is that they can allow content at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2723674 one time, and then block it another time. Another important aspect about firewalls is that they can continue to block data even when they are turned off. So, you will need to properly configure your firewalls so that there are no interruptions in your game play. Please note https://support.wildtangent.com/hc/en-us/articles/200251038-Unable-to-Connect-or-Cannot-Connect-to-Server that it is quite easy to have multiple firewalls active at any one time. These will all need to be configured properly so that you do not have any issues using our software. Firewalls may include the following: PC/Windows Security Software (Norton, McAfee, TrendMicro, etc.) Router (Wired or Wireless) For information on how to configure your firewall, please visit our Firewall Help page.
