It contains Access Control Entries with permissions that are invalid. The requested action was therefore not performed. This security permission can be corrected using the Component Services administrative tool." The following are the steps I took to try to solve them : 1.Start -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services ->expand Computers -> expand My Computer -> click DCOM Config. 2. Right-click BusinessObjects.Document, and then Properties. 3. On the Security tab, give full permission to access, Launch and configuration to the following users : a. Administrator b. Interactive c. System d. local admin account Even after making these changes I am still getting the DCOM error in the event viewer. Server version : windows 2003 BO version : BO 6.x I would really apppreciate if someone can help me out with this issue. Thanks!
