a problem with this package - I tried inserting a the installation CD to try to recover the file. Didn’t work. - I tried reinstalling Office 2007 from the original CD. I chose the “repair” option. It went thru the process and came to a point where the same error popped up and backed out of the installation. - I tried running the Office diagnostics. You are putting it at risk that is will not even update to the current program. Or, it might need interim jumps. Intuit only supports program for 3 year life cycle.Only QB 2015 and 2016 are supported on W10.Pro still is very affordable and 2016 is under $200. Time to upgrade. You will be amazed at the new functions and tools, such as sending transactions as email from the program. Was this answer helpful?
