Discussion in 'General Gaming' started by rinoflow, Nov 16, 2004. rinoflow Guest When the warning comes up it specifically states that file hl2.ico1 cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file hl24.cab. I did a search on the disk through windows and this is factually accurate because the file is actually in hl25.cab. There is no hl24.cab. Where exactly does that leave me. #1 rinoflow, Nov 16, 2004 rinoflow Guest Hang on there is actually an hl24 cabinet on the disc. Still leaves me bemused though #2 rinoflow, Nov 16, 2004 BanalityDUFF Guest that happened to me when i told it not to install CS:S....but then it was all good. so if thats what you did aswell just install CS:S. >_< #3 BanalityDUFF, Nov 16, 2004 rinoflow Guest Ya I just figured that out too. Freeman is thrust into the unenviable role of rescuing the world from the wrong he unleashed back at Black Mesa. And a lot of people -- people he cares about -- are counting on him.Features:Characters - Advanced facial animation system delivers the most sophisticated in-game characters ever seen. With 40 distinct facial "muscles," human characters convey the full array of human emotion, and respond to the player with fluidity and intelligence.Physics - From pebbles to water to 2-ton trucks respond as expected, as they obey the laws of mass, friction, gravity, and buoyancy.Graphics - Source's shader-based renderer, like the one used at Pixar to create movies such as Toy Story and Monster's, Inc., creates the most beautiful and realistic environments ever seen in a video game.AI - Neither friends nor enemies charge blindly into the fray. They can assess threats, navigate tricky terrain, and fashion weapons from whatever is at hand. Code: Select all Install Notes (Please follow these instructions IN ORDER)
