I have a customer that has brought back numerous cartridges saying she gets this error message and it won't print. I need to know whether I have a bad batch of cartridges or if it's her printer. Any help would be appreciated. Back to top Want to see the replies to this post? Become a registered member today. It's simple to do. To register, click HERE.
