I HAVE PUT IN A DVD-RW AND I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM THAT SAYS DEVICE NOT READY(FOCUS SERVO ERROR) CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!! Now to your problem, does your burner support -RW media? that's the first step. Right mouse click your drive and go to capabilities, you'll see in there if the media is supported.
