Based on feedback we receive from users and iConnectivity's drive to be the best in the game, your hardware may need to be updated from time to time, in order hardware error to improve features and add functionality. No worries though, updating your hardware to the latest firmware version is very easy. How do I update? If you have not already downloaded iConfig, you can grab the installation from HERE. If you wish to update using a SysEx MIDI file, you can grab those downloads HERE. iConnectivity's iConfig for Mac and PC notifies you when a new firmware version is available, as long as hardware error is the computer is connected to the internet. You can also manually check using the following steps: In iConfig, in the top left corner, choose 'Device' then 'Upgrade Firmware'. If a new version is available, choose Yes to load the firmware to your hardware. If you are running the latest version already, iConfig will tell you that no upgrades are required. Tips for a successful firmware update. 1. Check your USB connection - If your computer is not recognizing the iConnectivity interface, make sure the USB cable is properly connected to both the computer and the interface.
