movie, but after I type in my name it crashes to desktop and I get the error message: "Fatal Panzer General Error: Not Enough Memory." Now, I've got memory. I've got memory coming out of every pore. So what's the deal? Seroster06-04-2005, 06:11 PMMaybe a lack of EMS or XMS memory. You might try running the game through DosBox. It works for me for Fantasy General without tinkering, so I think chances are pretty good it'd work for Panzer General too! http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/ Professor Phobos06-04-2005, 06:25 PMI tried it with DOSbox but I got a "This program can not be run in DOS" message. Sigh. The original error is something like "Fatal Panzer General Error: http://www.panzercentral.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=98&t=31712 exNilptr". Not sure what that means. Anyone? CMD06-04-2005, 06:29 PMI can get to the opening movie, but after I type in my name it crashes to desktop and I get the error message: "Fatal Panzer General Error: Not Enough Memory." Yeah, got that going. CodexArcanum06-04-2005, 08:32 PMNull Pointer error? Odd. I'd think that the problem lies in your extended memory, that annoying problem with RAM where old games think that modern pcs only have a few kilos of memory. One method to fix this is a boot disk, but that usually only works playing DOS games. However, I'm sure that there is a place somewhere to fix that in windows XP, but I can't for the life of me recall where. By the way, try doing a google search for Microsoft Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit. It's a real handy program that can autoset some complex system fixes temporarily to run certain legacy applications. In other words, it lets you run old games good! J Arcane06-04-2005, 08:38 PMIt should be noted to the folks suggesting DOS related fixes, that the title of this thread is, in fact, the exact title of the game. Including the "Windows 95" part. ;) Professor Phobos06-05-2005, 12:03 PMSo no one's got any idea? Is there a way I could, I dunno, tell the program that yes, it does in fact have

The server out of works well without sourcemod (if I remove addons folder) and my machine has 4GB of memory so I don't quite believe I'm running out of memory. Here is the startup log: Code: WARNING: No map specified! Defaulting to de_dust Server will auto-restart if there is a out of memory crash.
