What do I have to do? Do I have to pay to fix this?Someone help, please.Thanks. If it is the same, it could be a common problem; but likely it is not.You can find the actual name of the aggregation router from your modem GUI pages, if you have a capable modem. SpeedStream 5100B, 4100, or 4100B will tell you. Also the Motorola 2210. And, I think, 2Wire 2701, and Netopia 3347.If your modem is bridged, you might find that information in your router. My D-Link DIR-655 shows that information in its connection log.If the two of you are not on the same aggregation router, you should each start a new thread, and post your modem statistics in your new thread. · actions · 2011-Ju
