security permissions the same as all of the other workstations. The user account I am trying to use is also a member of our domain and appears to be the same as all of the other users. I can use this computer to log-on as user "joe accounting" but not "joe marketing" I can the system could not log you on. the domain specified is not available windows 7 log-on as "joe marketing" from another computer. So, please can some one tell me what's missing? If I am asking in the wrong place I apologize and would appreciate it if you'd point me in the right direction. Thanks Cheers Anne Friday, May 29, 2009 4:59 PM Reply | Quote Answers 1 Sign in to vote Hello Anne,If I understand your question correctly, you said you can log into a domain from computer A using Joe Accounting but whne you try to logon from that same computer using a different user Joe marketing, yo get an error "Domain not Available"?Suggestion might be to check Joe's marketing account in AD, make sure it is enabled and not lockec (This should have given you adifferent error message, bt just to make sure)Then, on Joe Marketing account, right click properties, select Account tab, select logon to tab, and make sure user can logon to All computers, select ok, then select Logo
